    Street Angels is a mobile outreach organization dedicated to assisting individuals in ending their homelessness by providing dignified services, advocacy, connections to critical resources, and hope. We are a team of compassionate staff and volunteers who travel directly to those who are experiencing homelessness in Milwaukee County to provide them with unwavering support.Street Angels aims to provide basic needs, advocacy, and hope through two mobile routes every Tuesday and Thursday night providing nourishment, survival supplies, and hope for a combined 30/hours/week. Also, every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Street Angels Showers of Hope outreach provides access to a hot shower via our their 3-stall, ADA compatible shower trailer and other basic needs.

    Reduce harm. Restore hope. StreetLife Communities (SLC) engages in street outreach to provide essential medical care, survival resources, and hope to Milwaukee’s unhoused community. SLC provides unhoused people with essential resources including food, water, and hygiene products. They also offer seasonally appropriate clothing and gear to protect the those who are unhoused from the elements.

    Our Homeless Outreach Program (HOP) provides person-centered outreach and engagement to individuals with mental illness who are chronically homeless and living on the streets, in vacant buildings, under bridges, or in parks. Clients are assessed by advocates and are provided services to assist them in stabilizing their mental and physical health and homelessness.

    Mr. Bob's Under the Bridge fosters a community of compassion and friendship by providing basic necessities such as clothing and hygiene products to the homeless, those who need support, and the surrounding Milwaukee community.

    Milwaukee County's Street Outreach Team is dedicated to assisting individuals experiencing homelessness by providing direct support and connecting them to essential services. Operating under the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), the team engages with homeless individuals throughout the county, offering resources such as food, clothing, and hygiene supplies, and facilitating access to housing, healthcare, and social services. Their efforts are integral to the county's Housing First initiative, which prioritizes providing housing without preconditions, aiming to reduce homelessness and promote stability within the community.

  • BENEDICT CENTER - STREET OUTREACH

    The Benedict Center helps women in the street-based sex trade find hope, resources, and support to live healthier, safer lives. The program provides a low-barrier gateway into housing, treatment and other assistance.  Services include street-based outreach and crisis counseling, advocacy, counseling, and case management provided at Sisters Drop-In Centers on the north and south sides of Milwaukee.

    Pathfinders operates Milwaukee’s only youth-focused street outreach team. With our mobile resource center, we meet youth where they are and share resources, basic needs items, sexual and mental wellness education, and referrals to aid their safe exit from the streets. By bringing our resources to the streets, we remove barriers to accessing services and build trusting relationships with young people in their neighborhoods.
